The fees that companies levy are wrong if the service is not used. This company and it's employees are scummy and lack the basic decency to be concerned for someone on the brink of financial ruin. There was no concern for me, their customer, and there will be no concern for any of their other customers. I am currently undergoing financial hardship and when I called with my concerns that I never used the service and had attempted to cancel it three charges prior, they informed me that I would not be given a refund because the charges were already considered legitimate. The company, as dirty as the next, kept charging me. A short time after receiving my first charge from them I cancelled my service via their online account system. I was a customer of Anytime Mailbox for a little over three months.
